1. Scope of Services: The management consulting services provided by Neocorodon encompass strategic planning, organizational development, and process improvement.

2. Engagement Process: Clients must formally engage Neocordon through a signed contract outlining the scope, duration, and fees for the consulting services.

3. Fees and Payment: Clients are obligated to pay the agreed-upon fees as outlined in the contract. Payment terms are specified in the invoice and must be adhered to.

4. Confidentiality: All information shared by the client will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.

5. Ownership of Deliverables: Any reports, analyses, or other deliverables produced during the consulting engagement are the property of Neocordon until full payment is received.

6. No Free Test Runs: Neocordon does not provide free test runs or conduct test projects. All engagements are subject to mutually agreed-upon terms and associated fees.

7. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the consulting services with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability:Neocordon shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the consulting services provided.

9. Governing Law: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be governed by the laws of India, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata HIgh court.

10. Changes to Terms: Neocordon reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified in writing of any changes, and continued engagement implies acceptance of the revised terms.

 

11. We regret to inform you that Neocordon does not offer refunds for consulting services once the engagement is confirmed. This policy is in place to maintain consistency and fairness in our business operations. We encourage clients to thoroughly assess our services and terms before entering into an agreement to ensure mutual understanding and satisfaction.
