Challenge: The client's previous logo and branding were not effectively conveying their brand message, leading to a lack of brand recognition and impacting their sales and revenue. Additionally, their advertising campaigns were not achieving the desired results in terms of return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).


 

Solution:

  1. Logo Redesign: Our team conducted a thorough analysis of the client's brand identity and market positioning. We then proposed a new logo design that better reflected the client's values and resonated with their target audience.

  2. Branding Improvement: Alongside the logo redesign, we revamped the client's overall branding strategy. This included creating brand guidelines for consistent messaging and visual elements across all platforms.

  3. Ads Champions for Revenue: We devised a targeted advertising strategy focusing on championing the client's products/services that had the highest revenue potential. This involved refining the ad creatives, targeting specific audience segments, and optimizing ad placements for maximum impact.

  4. Ads for Awareness Champion: In addition to revenue-focused ads, we ran campaigns specifically aimed at increasing brand awareness. These campaigns highlighted the client's unique selling propositions and positioned them as a leader in their industry.


 

Results:

  • ROAS Increase: The revamped advertising campaigns led to a significant increase in ROAS, which jumped to 12 percent.

  • CAC Decrease: The per customer acquiring cost decreased, indicating a more cost-effective acquisition strategy.

  • Beautiful Branding: The new logo and branding received positive feedback from customers and stakeholders, enhancing the client's brand image.

 

Conclusion: Through a combination of logo redesign, branding improvement, and targeted advertising campaigns, we were able to help the client overcome their branding challenges and achieve tangible results in terms of revenue growth, sales, and brand awareness.
